Using Mindfulness in conjunction with effective martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Wrestling, students learn to defend themselves and develop their capacity to overcome stress, speak out and protect against boundary violations, and gain insight into themselves through the practice of Mindful Martial Arts.

This is the cornerstone of Mindful Martial Arts. We train Effective, real self defense and Martial Arts (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo) within the context of Mindfulness.
